Eric,
Here are my thoughts:
· Can you lighten or adjust the color of the photo a bit? It reads like waves, not snow, from a distance
· Can you add some distance between the hand call outs and your masthead form? Cap-height and crossbar are blending into the text and you’re losing the form of the arms.
· The dotted axis line gets lost in your e. Maybe have it cross over the white part of the letter?
The only other thing is that Larry mentioned definitions. I think it looks good without them (clean, composed), but I don’t know if it will impact your grade if you don’t include a couple.

I adjusted the color and it seemed to really help the labels stand out. I have played with the spacing and am having a hard time finding a layout that I like. I think I may change the labeling and dotted lines all together. I have tried to play with adding definitions but I feel as though it detracts from the design. If it is required of me I will find a way to work them in. I may have to change the background to plain color without the photograph. Thank you for critiquing me even though you were not required to as part of the class.
